Disability

Short-Term Disability Coverage: 60% of current wages for up to 11 weeks of disability
Long-Term Disability Coverage: 60% of current wages for disabilities lasting over 90 days
Basic Life Insurance

Basic Life Coverage: $20,000 of Life Insurance coverage provided by the Agency
Voluntary Life Insurance

Voluntary Life Coverage: Opportunity to purchase additional Life Insurance coverage for
